The exclusive home of the FitCamp FitClub! We also offer Stott Pilates training and for those who prefer one-on-one training, we offer In-Home Personal Training. Never set foot inside a gym again!!!

Achieving Bodies is not only a fitness group but a social group of sorts. We get together nearly five times a week to work on our fitness, but we also have monthly sponsored social events. These have included cooking workshops, fun runs for charity and Keeneland race days! At Achieving Bodies, we believe that health is not a diet or exercise fad, but a way of life. The only way to integrate fitness into our daily lives is to make it fun. So that's exactly what we have done!
